I am very new to SEO and planning to a fresh site by link building......
But, my big problem here is I dont know how to start , somebody can share what is link building task and how can I do this..??? or what are the process......??

I suggest you read some of the stickies at the top of this board if you've not yet. Lot's of good suggestions. There's a whole lot of topics about this subject on this forum as well. A search of the forum will pull up a lot.

Google themselves give you some guidelines as well.

Try to read an article here about link building to have an idea to build links.
