Default Absolute Linking v's 301 Redirect

If I have 301 redirected the non www. version (business-trader.com.au) to the www. version (Businesses for Sale - Buy & Sell Australian Business for Sale), is there any need for me to inlcude absolute links on my pages?

There is no direct relationship between canonical domain root and internal link types.
Make them in the way that requires less server processing. In case of relative links it is wise to include '<base href=
"http://www. yourdomain>' tag in the head.

That link is incomplete and does not function. Why not delete a link that is broken? That makes your post more semantic

So are you saying that I should include the <base tag on all internal links even though I have 301 redirected the non www version, to the www verson?

Yes, it is a good practice for several reasons.
In your case be sure to include www in it.

Exactly two different things all together. Just make sure you internal linking is consistent.

I'm not 100% sure of how to use the base tag. Where and when should it be used? Would you be able to give me an example from my site?
