hi..i'm looking for some cool directories, mine site pr=2 can some one suggest me instant approval directories?

Don't run behind instant approval directories. In most of the directories you get approved within 1-4 week time.

There are lots of good directory lists available on the net. You can try Directory Critic » Directory Lists, Article Directory Lists, Link Building, Directory Templates & Resources they have good list of Free SEO Friendly Directories.
Also I have compiled a list of 2500 Free SEO friendly directories and I can submit your website there for just 150$.
