please tell me, how should I sent my blog to Google for consideration in Google news resource. Should I send a mail to Google or there any particular form exists ?

Submit your blog to google news

I did the work of finding the url for you. It took less than 2 minutes. search google for "submit site to google news" and follow the links to the URL above.
