than i loose all ranking on google.com for Quick Property Sale / Selling My House Quickly / Sell Your Home Fast
and new ranking of Quick Property Sale / Selling My House Quickly / Sell Your Home Fast is following

and no keywords is in top 10.

You have the same website on two different domains. Google is only going to rank one of them, not both.

I guess your client wants to be well ranked locally (co.uk).
Unfortunately 301 doesn't completely transfer all the old benefits to a new domain.
You should take care that all the old links point to the new domain too, to get the full advantage of them. In other words contact all the linking sites with request to change their links.
