Post Your SEO / SMO Forum Recommendations

Hey Guys/Gals.

I'm looking to setup a new forum community. Any advice from those already running successful forums or spent a fair amount of time setting them up.

These are some of the features I would like:
- something professional, easy to customize.
- it needs to be a spam fighting beast.
- it needs to utilize search engine friendly naming structures.
- it needs to be geared towards social media (rss feeds, tags, sm bookmarking etc.)

Any recommendations?
