Hi all,

Please check the first results here redalkemi - Google Search it shows few links from the site in the list below site description. How can I add same functionality to my website, so that is also shows link show more results from mysite.com

This is totally automated it means I will not be able to see site links for my website until Google thinks to show them.

Yes, I am afraid it is Google who decides when, who and how should have these sitelinks. However, there are a few things that you can do to be prepared: a very clearly programmed navigation system and a well structured web so that it is clearer for Google how to choose the links.
