Default Page doesn't work in IE

For some reason, my homepage is having a problem in just IE. It is here:
Research Your Health Insurance Options in Colorado

When you put your cursor over the text, it turns into just an arrow starting in the content right after the image of the multiple insurance company logos. This doesn't allow you to click on any of the links in the content after that. There are no problems in Firefox though.

Has anybody ever seen this problem?

I replicated the issue in IE7. First off, keyword stuffing may be part of the problem, as you stuffed keywords in an ID tag for an image, which may be an issue. ID tags can't contain spaces. I noticed this in the images/quote07.png image. Thats not the problem, but if I noticed it...

Anyway, when I double click one of the links, the BBB logo gets highlighted. This tells me that the problem is caused by a CSS/layering issue wherein you have an invisible, transparent layer, probably a container in the sidebar, that is covering the links and text so that they can't receive clicks. This does end, however, above the footer, which once again leads me to believe it is code from the sidebar.

Since the page is based on a Dreamweaver template, it may be hard to track down the exact layer that is causing the problem. Dreamweaver templates have some rather complex CSS code associated, and since the problem doesn't occur in Firefox, my analysis tool can't find it.

In the "style1.css" file, look for the line:
#navBar ul {list-style: none; margin: 0; padding: 0;}
Change it to:
#navBar ul {list-style: none; margin: 1px; padding: 0;}
Don't ask me why

I have IE7, and Here it is working.
I suggest that you should try latest version of IE, if you don't have then you may download it from www.microsoft.com
