Default My Site Has Been Stolen Please Help

My site located at y-coach.com is being used at y-coach.net.

When I check whois it shows me as the contact but the contact e-mail is zhoubin@vip.sina.com.

They just registered the site in Jan of 08.

What are my options to get this site taken down and what purpose does this serve them?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Schann Holladay

The IP address of y-coach.net (64.75.96.241) is owned by Internap Network Services, according to the ARIN database. They are an Internet Service Provider, and are most likely not affiliated with the hoster. However, they may be able to provide you with contact information for the owner of the IP address.

If your registration information appears in the WHOIS record for the .net version of your address, you can always file a complaint with ICANN, as it is against their policies to post falsified information. You may be able to use that to take control of the domain name, although there would probably be a charge for that. You could also contact the registrar of the domain name to attempt to get the issue resolved.
