Could you please explain me what is a press release? I'm interested on your results.

its the same as if you write an article and it gets sent to all the major media, press outlets. the important thing is that these get picked up quickly by the search engines. so in your press release include a link to your website. my press release got picked up on every site with an RSS newsfeed for the words "affiliate revenue". so i basically got free links on a lot of my competitors sites.

So it's just writing an article and sending it to a lot of article directories? something like that?

you would go to a place like pressmediawire.com or i-newswire.com, read the rules carefully before writing the article. then submit....in 3-7 days you will see the results

Thanks

Press Release is not an article. Press Release is similar like News Reporting. When something new happens to your business, you make a report and send to journalists and media personnels. Press Release does the same. There are certain rules of writing Press Releases, otherwise distribution sites won't accept it.

Press Releases are very powerful. One of my clients once launched a new product and we made a Press Release for them. For next one month, the news from different sources consumed almost top 15 results in Google for the main keywords. Some of them are still appearing in the first page.
