Think about how your prospective clients will search for your site.

I'd suspect "website design" would be a fairly common search phrase, while a search using the phrase "services website design" doesn't seem at all likely.

In response to which is best, "http://www.galaxyweblinks.com/website-design.html" would be the best, although "http://www.galaxyweblinks.com/website-design/" is not bad either.

Using the "website-design" directory to contain keyword rich file names such as "flash-programming.html", "asp-programming.html", "yourcity-yourstateorprovince.html" or "dynamic-pages.html" should be pretty effective as well.

All of them will work as long as they are linked to properly.

When I look at the results that we have when people click a search result from our search engines results it appears that more people are inclined to click on the webpages names that relate to the subject they are searching for so if a person was doing a search for "Web design" then it appears from our search engines results that they would be more liable to visit a result with a meaningful name that is related the "Web design" so if you were to name your websites pages with names that may relate to the content then it may help you to get more visitors to those pages.

In terms of SEO I can't see it making any real difference at all.

Many regards
