It's a good piece of material, but I can't agree 100% with everything that's mentioned there, and that's what makes this insdustry so interesting, IMO.

The best thing about this advice is that it forms the collective opinion from many rated SEOs. Although there are some conflicting opinions it is a really nice example of "the middle ground".
