Smile URL Issues

Hello, I asked my web company to redirect my non-www. URL to my www. URL unfortunately it is not redirecting. They redirected my .net without redirecting my non-www. I noticed that my links going to my site are split which could be affecting my pagerank. Is this really affecting my Google rank? How do I explain it clearly to my web company that I want a 301 redirect from my non-www. URL to my www. url. Here is my website URL Projector Discount Store-LCD/DLP/Home Theater

Can you not do that yourself in the cPanel or whatever panel your hoster may offer.

Do it your self or tell them to add below in your .htaccess file.
(Replace the domain example.com with your domain name)

RewriteEngine On
Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^example.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.example.com/$1 [L,R=301]
