Tushar I see your asking a lot of questions that have been asked before. Consider searching the large inventory of posts that Google has indexed from WPW in the past:
site:webproworld.com supplemental index - Google Search |

|
Tushar123,
don't worry about the supps!!! Most websites are driven by 20% of their pages. So what if you've a few of your page in the supps. Make the strong pages stronger and check the traffic flows. From experience niche searches will still show up supp pages anyway.

I just spot why are they in the supplemental results, I fix the issues or remove them from the index.
I do not wait for Google to do that for me. It normally takes me max. 72 hours.

Two advices regarding supplemental index.
1 - Deep internal linking with anchor text 2 - lot more difficult, get many backlinks to inner pages Now I have a question, what do you mean by duplicated tags ?, I can't create categories then ? |

Now, some pages of some of my sites have gone into the supplemental index, and after a couple of days, they were resurercted, I didn't make any change to them.Does anyone has an idea why ?

Get a very high PR to all that pages and you are out of 'supps'
