Can anyone recommend a few good blog sites?

Hi,

I'm interested in posting a few blogs on various websites in order to help my Search Engine ranking. Thing is, I haven't managed to find more than 3 or 4 through Google searches.

Can anyone recommend some? The topics I will be writing about include; shopping, African Culture and, Tibetan and Buddhist cultures.

Any help appreciated!

Gary I don't understand what your asking? Do you want to create a new blog or post in existing blogs?

Hi handcrafteduk- This is how I do this.

Firstly I have a Google Alert System www.google.com/alerts

I load in my keyword searches for both News and Blogs

Then I have a RSS feed directly onto my site. Also into my GMail (not RSS it's auto with Alerts)
The feed acts as content based on keyword relevancy - big plus

As News comes in I reply to the News Papers as 'Press Release from CTAB'.
This doubles as if they get printed they do a circle and come back in via the feed. Simple but effective.

This way you will see the blogs that cover your subjects and you can add your replies as you go along

My pleasure - Here's just a few of this weeks messages - I use the pay for version as the free one is great when you start out, but as your site gets larger, so will your keywords. It also means that Google gets to know more about your topics and if you like to see it the way I do - I'm helping the Google bots to learn more about my topics by having them search my keywords daily.

So I'm using Google to help my SERP.

Good old Google and I are best buddies -here's just a few messages it sends me weekly.

Each one is a potential Backlink - highly relevant and already indexed by Google. I merely link all of the news feeds into my site via RSS.
I reply in the blogs with my URL - I use my forum username in the press so that Google recognises it. In turn, they get refeed into the system.

He will also need a plug-in to check "nofollow" tags.. He can use FireFox "Search Status"..

You can find related blogs on blogsearch.google.com just search your keywords there.
