If my site is ranked top 1

If my site is ranked top 1 in jayde on spesific keywords will it do good in the major search engines to? google,msn,yahoo..... I know about the term "sandbox" and that it can take up to 3months before the site recieves its earned ranking to avoid new sites to go straight to top10. And i think my site is there at the moment in the big search engines, wish makes sense.. but after my site is out of the sandbox will it do as good as it does in jayde?

but will it atleast do ok, my site is the top one when i search for popular keywords,before quality sites that have been years on the net. I dont mean top10 listing but to get into the second and third page of google would be nice.

Doing well in Jaybe has nothing to do at all with doing well on the major SE's
