Is it possible to run SEO for a dynamically generated site?

I just created my own site www.newsswirl.com I would like to know if it's possible to do seo for this site. Someone told me it's not worth doing because all our content is dynamically generated. Can I please have some advices here?

Creating your content dynamically has nothing to do with if you can start an SEO campaign or not.

Not making your content original or crawlable will hurt your SEO campaign. Since this website is a news aggregator, will any of your content be original?

Look like MFA website to me and it will not rank well.

None of my content is original at this stage. Would you have any recommendations in terms of getting original content? Since this is a dynamically generated site, it's pretty impossible to get content written on every single page.

The pages being dynamically written has nothing to do with orginal or copied content.

If you want original content, write it!
