Good point Mr Incredible.

Is there a process how they decide whose site they will comment on or is it just like buying a ticket for the lottery and keeping it in a safe place next to the Dmoz ticket?

Doubt it is random. I am sure they will attack certain type of SEO issues, but try not to repeat certain problems/solutions over and over.
