I know this might be a redundant topic, but need some last minute thoughts on both from people who have used either one (recently). I have narrowed down my search for a good seo software/tool to Webposition 4 Pro or Webceo 6.5 Pro. My goals are to have a program that is highly recommended (#1) and can offer an all in one tool for seo, paid/organic analysis & ranking, keyword tool, bulk submitter. From what I have read both of these come recommended by many, but now I need to choose between the two. I also plan on purchasing Webtrends Web Analytics 8 Marketing edition, which seems to have some integration features with Webposition 4. Let me know if anyone has any good thoughts on either that could help make this decision easier, don't mind paying a few extra $ for a better product too. Thanks.

I purchased WebCEO in December,2006 and was not aware of the recurring KB update charges but I found their SEO university tutorials helped to speed up my ability to use their extensive features and get a better feel for SEO. From my inexperienced perspective WebCEO has a lot to offer. I have also used WebTrends Analytics, and a trial of WebPosition4.
To date I have seen excelent results just following WebCEO's recommendations. Thanks, |

My opinion is that any "canned" SEO package is born "behind the times" and stays there due to the lag time between; "Discovery", "Reaction", “Realization”, “Publication”, "Conveyance" and "Marketing".
That’s just the “nature of the beast” there. Ken |
