I'd relax on the duplicate content in your title tag... (MSN was heavy on Title tags / h1-h3 tags before the last update)

Personally I'd worry more about Google than MSN ;)

Also you have a TON of meta tags that are not necessary! weed those out and you will more than likely see some changes... Then to top it all off... get some IBL's (In Bound Links) using your most popular key phrase ;)

i don have a few, this is a new website it has only been up for a month. But it came out number one. I bought 3000 links from gotlinks.com and have traded 200 recp. it will take time for them to show up.

Can you tell me what tags i should take out. I am new at this and i have five other sites that are the same and need to change them all.

I would take everything below your desc out and you have your .css file called twice... (take one of those out) ;)

Yeah that's much better ;) <link rel="stylesheet" is there and an error... so remove that too... then you need to shorten up your Title tag... it's far too long and uses the same words over and over again ;)

I just tried calling your 866 number to walk you through it really quick but got a voicemail... I left you my number ;)

You have a canonical issue with the www and non-www version of fortworth-texas-real-estate.com

Use one version and do a 301 direct

Make sure the url is consistent in the menu

Try to generate a sitemap, for example with this tool, and you will see the disaster of the site in its full glory: http://www.sitemapdoc.com/

The ones you cannot change, exclude them using the robots.txt.

For nuhomesource.com,

Unfortunately, I don't think the robots.txt will do the trick to exclude the property pages(which are considered duplicate).
All the files on the server are in the main directory.

The script writes the property detail pages to the main
nuhomesource.com/property_detail.php?.....
instead of:
nuhomesource.com/property_detail/property.php?...

Hmmmm, I'm stumped. Any ideas?

PS: I just took a look at your sitemap located here:
www.nuhomesource.com/sitemap.html
Definately not good.
#1) shouldn't have more that 100 links per page.
#2) you must divide your sitemap into like a thousand pages or something. No good.
You obviously have thousands of pages but most are duplicate so thats a good thing.
Remove all the duplicate pages like property_detail.php?... Every one is considered duplicate.

Only add important pages to the sitemap...

Your Home: Is going green worth the cost?
A decade ago most people associated environmentally-sound home building with unsightly solar panels and bad water pressure. That's no longer a worry. Today the majority of houses that meet the U.S. Green Building Council definition of a "green" home - one that uses less energy, less natural resources and fewer toxic chemicals - are [...]

Altars, bells and stained glass not included. Asking price: $4 million. Population shifts, declining Mass attendance and a shortage of priests in many areas have forced Roman Catholic [...]

Home Sales 2006: It was a very good year
San Antonio homes this year sold like tamales at the holidays: fast. By early December, more than 22,600 existing homes had changed hands, and quickly. Most of the houses went on and off the market in 60 days, compared with an average of 69 days in 2005, according to the San Antonio Board [...]
