New optimization friendly directory Biz-Dir.co.uk

I have just launched my 1st directory http://www.biz-dir.co.uk I have started advertising the directory heavily, it already has a good amount of backlinks and it is getting crawled by Google regularly, you don't have to pay to get listed all you have to do is link back to the directory from your links page, you can submit here.

Because it is my 1st directory I don't really know what I'm doing so I would appreciate any suggestions anyone might have.

I have gone through your directory, initially you should provide submission without reciprocal links also such as regular submission, it will help you a lot with those who don’t want to have a reciprocal link exchange, else every thing is fine.
