Default Google's monopoly

Hi

Though it is now a thing of past with things almost resolved, but if I am not wrong Google created a hoopla about Microsoft IE7(standard searchbar they were having for Msn.) Google said that Microsoft is restricting choice of the end user by only provinding limited options(though microsoft people were on thier stand that user can easily customize that search bar). So
far so good. But if I am not wrong the other web browser mozila
firefox is also providing Google search bar as a standard search option. Now my question is that is Google so strong that
all other search engines combined togther cannot ask mozila to give thier link also on their browser so end user can be benefitted.

Regards
Alex

Thanks for reply.

But don't you think that there is nothing wrong if MICROSOFT IE7 has got MSN as standard search bar as it is there own stuff. Even you would like to promote your own thing as a priority. And also MICROSOFT IE7 is providing you the option to
add other search engines, just as Mozila Firefox gives you the option to add other search engines. So the point on which GOOGLE dragged MICROSOFT for ristricting end user's choice was not valid as you do have the option to customize your search toolbar. Bottomline is that even if GOOGLE rules the market, they should leave it on to the end user to decide which search engine he wants to stick with as just few clicks here and there
and you have just changed your search engine.
