Default Website Review

From the looks at your website, I do have some suggestions for you;

1. The site should be optimized for 800 width, your site is much too large and has to use scrolling to view the site.

2. Work on the menu bar on the left, the colors bleed into each other making hard or almost impossible to see your options.

3. Work on using graphics that have the same background colors, such as your title.

Speaking of side-scrolling, digitald...

phpBB doesn't handle wide grpahics well at 800x600 and the one in your sig makes sidescrolling necessary to read posts in the threads where you post. If you could reduce the width to somewhere between 80 and 90%, it would probably eliminate the problem.

The page itself seems to be search-engine friendly: lots of text to spider with major keywords and phrases included...

The HTML looks okay.

However, your site has a Google PageRank = 1, which is low (on a scale of 1 to 10).

Using allinurl:www.awl-leather.com, Google shows about 17 links to your home page, all of them from within your own website.

However, using +"www.awl-leather.com" shows about 535 links to you... most of these link using your title "The Emporium".

Which search phrases are best for you at present? Which are worst? Have you seen a recent change in these?
