I want to know that why my sites link popularity is decreasing. And what are the ways to increase the link popularity of my site.

Are you giving your visitors reasons to link to you? As in writing great content, offering the best products/services, selling them for the cheapest price available or are you unique comparable to what is already in your niche???

If not then that would explain it.

You can also list some feature of your listed product for content.
For pricing issue, you can mention price as

Our Price: $xxx.xx
You Save: $xxx.xx (xx%)

Unfortunately I can tell you right now this website will not rank long term.

The biggest issue I see is that when you click on a product you get redirected to another website that actually sells the product. In recent years I have seen affiliate website like these do worse and worse in the SERPs.
