I have got some big news. I am always irate about things but this one is amazing. I have been thinking about googles IPO like everyone. But I just came across this software from www.550access.com, they have a free toolbar that blocks and replaces the text ads from the major search engine. Well what if this is the start to a whole new batch of programs that block ads? Also is it legal to replace ad with there own?
Toolbar Link Download and Install Link (WARNING: EXECUTABLE FILE) 1) It blocks search engine ads. (Including Google) 2) Replaces the search engine ads with there own ad with the toolbar. Is this legal? Here is the worst part I know a website and uses the Google ad sense program and it blocks this also. My income is in danger, and especially as more and more people download it could effect big time. Am I looking too much into this? Bob "Irate about something or another" ps. Please excuse me if you see my posting in a few places (MOD note: please do not post duplicates] |

There have been a raft of these thief-ware companies and their scummy products over the past two years but IMO they will never survive:
Whose Ads would you rather see Google's or those from a thief? |
