Default Two domain names pointing to the same website

I mapped two doamin names to a single IP address. ie the two domain names pointing the same website.

Is there any problem (black listing by search engines) in doing that

You shouldn't have any issues, but Google and other search engines could pick one or the other to show in the SERPs using this type of set up. Instead why not 301 redirect the secondary to the primary?

Instead of enlisting multiple domains to try for different keywords, try creating multiple pages on the established domains for multiple keywords.

There wont be any problem. You need to do permanent redirection from www.abcs.com to www.abc.com.
