Default Google Sitemaps plain english

Hi,

My site is www.talkangling.co.uk

I have recently added google sitemaps to my site and the following page is being generated at www.talkangling.co.uk/sitemap.xml

The problem I have is this - my threads in my forum are not being indexed, and before you say it, I have installed vBulletin and vbSEO so all the threads are converted to HTML format - for example http://www.talkangling.co.uk/upload/match-talk.html which is a forum..

So what am I doing wrong? I presume that I need to add something to my google sitemap config file but dont know how to tell it to spider the forum threads - any ideas in plain english please!!

Just a theory: all the urls for your forum posts seem to contain hyphens (upload/say-hello, upload/match-talk, etc.) I think the sitemap generator you are using may be having problems with those dashes, as I don't see any URLs that contain dashes in the list.

Also, I noticed the sitemap program indexed all the admin pages, as well as the FrontPage folders. This is a potential security risk as malicious users have been known to search Google for vulnerable sites. You may want to block certain areas of your site so the sitemap program doesn't index them.
