Questions about Building Backlinks with Article Marketing

When I submit article to a site, a new page will be created for my article. When search engine will count my link in the article? Do they count until the page for my article indexed?

Once the page with your article is indexed, your link is accounted (if there is 'no follow' attribute to your link).
