When can I see a change in SERP after changing the content?

Hi all,

Google visits my pages every three to four days, and home page even early. What I want to ask is If I change some content of the page,
say title and keyword density(towards the positive side),

when can I see the changes in the Google, I mean when will google accept those changes for the ranking. I guess I made myself clear.Here I am not talking about fresh tags, I am talking about SERP changes.
