Default Clicking deep does it help

With google being able to look at where, what, why, who, when etc... through google analytics or other means. Are these click throughs considered in the SERPS?

By this I mean If I rank number 1 for a search term and someone clicks on the link to my site will this help?

If then this visitor didnt like my site and clicked straight back out would this harm or hurt the site as the content is obviously not good and possibly not relevant?

what if the visitor loved my site and stayed in it visiting lots of pages, would the search engines take this into account??

Does click through help SEO?

No. Google doesn't count outbound clicks for search results. They do use it for personalized search though.
