Keyword help please

Hi,

Sorry if I am in the wrong section, but here goes.

I am a complete novice and as such have been playing around keying in keywords into woodtracker. To my horror " Spanish property " comes out way under 10 on the KEI index.

Therefore my question is as follows, is there a tool that churns out alternative top keyword phases when given some guidence ?

Any help grately appreciated.

I believe Google's Adsense does that.

Also, think of your customers, what will they use to find you? What do they use to find your competitors? Spanish Real Estate? Vacation Home in Spain? I don't know, but if you take a few minutes of playing in the search engines, you'll find better keywords.

BTW, the phrase "Spanish property" is quite a popular phrase according to Overture's Keyword Suggestion tool with over 9000 searches for the last month
