Default Redirect vs domain name

Okay, I'm an admitted newby so please be patient with me here.

I have an old website/domain name that I have revamped for a new product line. The old domain name is www.shopat-home.com I have never submitted this url to any search engines, directories, nothing because the name is not related to my new business. Instead, I have a new url which simply points to the old domain name which is www.URCleanandLean.com This is the url that I would like to be "known" and which I submit and market as would be expected. To my surprise the old domain name (www.shopat-home.com) is the one found on MSN, Google and Ask when I just enter my standard keywords (usually the 30th or so website listed). The url www.URCleanandLean.com does not come up at all when entering my keywords and I do not understand why since it is the one I submit to SEs, directories, etc.

http://www.urcleanandlean.com/ and http://www.shopat-home.com/ both have the same website on it. Pick one and do a 301 redirect o the other.

Default started with blogspot

I've been searching the forum to see if anyone had posted a circumstance like mine.

I started my site with blogger, because I already knew the format. I figured that I would get my feet wet them move to my dedicated url. Well, I'm now a google rank 3 on my blogspot site and wonder what should I do -- keep marketing it or start over or what?

I paid register.com to forward the dedicated url and keep the dedicated name in the url address bar.

www.thingsyoushoulddo.com

the blogger site is

www.thingsyoushoulddo.blogspot.com

Any advice? Currently, this site is not commercial. But, if I can build up enough traffic, I might want to do something with it.

Do the redirect from the blogger URL to your URL now, before you "build up traffic"
