Advice appreciated

I have promoted my website through a SEO since it's creation and I've been really happy with the service. However over the last year my website has crashed in page ranking and I'm really at a loss of what to do. When I look at our two main cores of keywords that I would like traffic from it would be team building and corporate events - team building I'm now on page 61 with google but in corporate events I'm page 1 (but hardly any traffic comes from this keyword) - does anyone have any ideas of how I can raise the team building ranking? Team building would be the one that is most important as it gets a lot more traffic. I only want traffic from the UK. My website is http://www.accolade-corporate-events.com

I've not had any responses to my request for help and I would just like to say that I would really, really appreciate your advice. I just want to know how I could increase traffic for 'team building' it's really effecting my business. So please give me some sort of response :-)

Theories abound about using-in-titles, also you should have opted for a .co.uk site
You need more links - and according to www.sitereportcard.com the site has a few problems that you might want to look into. I'd personally scrap the 'you must reciprocate links'bit, 1 it was slow to download and 2 recips are not the most immportant thing in the world.

Thanks very much for your feedback - I'll have a look at the areas that you have mentioned and hopefully this will help. If you or anyone else has any other advice of how to get the team building to appear high up then that would be great.
