Real Estate Place .com.au - is it SE friendly?

Hi,

I don't know if I can submit a site for quick review in this section or not. Please advise me if I have to move the post.

OK, here we go:

Need some feedback on how SE friendly the pages on www.realestateplace.com.au are. Title, javascript inclusions, keywords in links and overall content. We have just started with it a few weeks ago and now that visitors are coming we want to make sure it's optimized.

just following on to my last posting dont take the software as the rules for SEO. The results are just drawn by comparing the top ranking sites for a particular term.

I think it gives a guideline but you need to update content even if just a few words regular and build your links each week and directory submissions! its interesting to draw quick analysis of the top ranking sites however

I would place all the javacript in the head into an external .js file. This will increase your content to html ratio and move your content higher in the page so that it is more readily crawled.

Hi thanks for the review. Unfortunately the tool you are using is faulty. I have "real estate" in H1 tags, I have favicons all over the place, the links are fine. Too many keywords, granted, but just have a look at www.realestate.com.au - notice anything...

I would still put the javascript in an external .js file. The head in the second pr7 site is a lot cleaner.

Thank you. Js is in a separate file, unfortunately I had to make an include to get it to work on the page as js that I have contains php code and "src" commmand did not work.

The php code in the js code is needed unfortunately and I could not find a way around it. If anyone has any suggestions on how to link to the external js file that contains php code without using an include please let me know. That would improve my site's "spiderability" a lot.
