Default ® Registered Mark in URL String?

I was wondering what everyone opinion was on having the Registered Mark symbol in the actual URL string for product pages:

http://www.heartlandsteaks.com/store...eak-p-3177.php

They did this probably not knowing any better, but it doesnt seem to be effecting indexing thus far. Just checking to see if anyone knows if this could pose an issue long term issue going foward with MSN, Yahoo or Google.

I agree David. I was just wondering if anyone has had troubles in ranking URLs in the past with them, probably not, but checking here is always helpful.

I wonder how many of them are actually out there to begin with.

Interesting notion though, to be able to conduct searches that would take into account such characters.
