I am familiar with SEO, and have studied it and just do not have the time that I need to put into it.

I was contacted and was pitched on the program they have on SEO. The program seemed good, and fit exactly to my needs. They will build and optimize pages for each keyword, and use a flash at the top to enter my page (designed to capture leads in real estate). They guarantee 10 of the 20 keywords in the top search engines....

When searching the company I found some people who were calling it a scam.. etc.. and found a couple that seemed happy.... Can anyone give me some insight on this company....

If you do some searching, you will see that most people feel that if you were contacted by an seo pro out of the blue, then you should probably stay away.
