Since you are not supposed to copy a description from one directory to another (for most human-edited directories that I know of), then there may not be a lot you can do automatically.

Although my method may be clunky, it works for me - I use the QuickNote feature of Firefox to type in the most common information, so I can copy and paste it into submittal forms.

But don't try to copy the descriptions - your submittal is highly likely to get removed instead of accepted, and you'll have wasted your time and the reviewer's time.

I have to disagree about not using the same info, over and over again, unless I've just been lucky, but I always place all my stuff in word format, save it as a Edit and cut and paste the whole lot. Now I'm a guy, so I'm probably doing something wrong, but I have a massive BL - It is also possible to format all your BL's and if needs be update them, or even more cheekily change the URL's to a new site, but do that slowly over a period of time

Self Edit, just re read Human Based Directories, different ball park, but there are not enough of those around. My point is that if you had to type Welcome to etc etc over and over again, you'd fall off your perch
