Default Does iframe harm? what are the cons?

If I can use iframe then it will be good but I really do not know the cons assosiated with it?
Is there a darker side to iframes?

Thanks,

AFAIK some older browsers can't handle iframes. Apart from that, I don't know of any issues besides accessibility.

Question is, why an iframe at all? Why not a simple DIV?
