Website Optimization Companies

Hi,

Does anyone know of an honest company to do a website optimization for me? Are there any free programs out there that I could learn from; or anyone know of one that is safe to use and not charge an arm and a leg?

I am trying to optimize my site in order to get more traffic to it. The site is listed in my signature. I was told by one person that I needed to put more of my keywords into my content.
