SEO going up and down

I started checking the link popularity etc of my pages at www.internationalmark.co.uk using the seo free tools page recommended to me at this forum. Every week when I checked, I would notice an increase in numbers. Now that my pages have been around for a while I am getting more hits and my google pagerank has gone up too, but the numbers at the seo pagees have dropped a bit. What does this mean and how can it happen? Is it something I should worry about?

Be persistent in your SEO efforts / plan and things will work out on thier own.
