SEO in Russia

One of my clients needs SEO in Russia, mostly Yandex. Does anyone know any valuable source of information (in English) about this SE? I've found only russian documents which are hard to read as russian is not my native language :-)

I think you should go ahead and create a directory of your own. And market it as such.
