Common content(4 line sentence) on all pages

Hi,

My site is having a 4 line sentence near the footer common for all the pages.IS it safe to keep it there?Or should i modify it for each page?The particular sentences were added as content with all keywords which are relevant to the site.

Without knowing the specifics, it's difficult to make an absolute and reliable judgement. However, it doesn't sound to be any different than the feature of a great many sites.
For example, almost every real estate website -- mine certainly included -- has the same heading on each of its pages (e.g. name, address, photo, contact information). Moreover, there's the repetition of such things as the button/text links on numerous websites to their pages dealing with About Us / Our Services / Fees / Our Products / etc.
The important thing is that the major portion of each page must be obviously and significantly different than its companion pages.
