Default Web Position Reporting MSN Searches Failing

Has anyone seen issues with Web Position reporting failing on MSN searches lately? Any way to fix it. Their support sucks and always blame the end user.

Along with that what the best alternatives to the reporting part in Web position. I would love to make switch if someothing is availabel out there to produce customize ranking reports simialr to Web Position.

Web CEO?

I ran WP several times last week with no issues - the MSN reporting was not a problem. I have not had any issues with the app so far, so I can't offer any troubleshooting tips. It just works when I run it.

I have not used hitlens for reporting after the free trial expired, I preferred the reporting with WPW.

So assume everyone on WPW uses WP with no issues? I will also assume their or no other comparable products for ranking reports for clients.

Actually I am getting the fun message from Google today from using WP:

Incredible,

Just curious, both GOOGLE and Yahoo have API codes... Are you using one from each or several?

LOL - Couldn't help myself....

LOL, yes I am using them, but I do far more than 100 queries per day in Google.

I think my main concern is the MSN searches failing. I have emailed support at WP on this and then insist it is me. Of course it is not.

Then again why isnt others having the same issues. Once again MSN searches are failing when checking many keyword in a report, not just a handful.
