Default Keywords in Alt and Title tag of Links

Hello,
I am little bit confused here about this question.
My company site is going to optimized for keywords like Birdthday Gifts, Anniversary Gifts and all..

so In left menu as well as in the footer menu, links with the same keywords are going to come and everything is going to be Database Driven..

so is it good using Title & Alt tags same as link text...

i.e. if text is Birthday Gifts in the category menu "Gifts by Occasion" then alt and title tag will also be "Birthday Gifts"..

i am worried whether google or any other search engine will consider this as spam or not...

waiting for replies..
Deep

Not only is this good SEO it is common sense IMO

Why use different keywords when this is what the links are

hmmm... that comment was useful! :-)

title="Anniversary Gifts" alt="Anniversary Gifts" or link anchor text >Anniversary Gifts<

This will never get you banned, penalized or blocked and is a good practice to use.
