Need help with SEO ( changed keywords)

I used to be geared up for the keyword trance , we have changed it to internet radio ( big nut to crack ) and DJ promotion ( not really hard )

obviously traffic has reduced while ive been tweaking any one have some superb ideas on how to whizz up the internet radio listings

All comments and insults appreaciated

we have done the google sitemap allthough its only in .txt file

im wondering if a .txt keyword file might help!!!!
