Hi,im trying to optimize my site and it is not good enough yet as it seems like,i had PR 5 and then made some change(i dont know if thats the reason)now im down to PR 4 and dont know how to get up again. Most of my sites(index ofcourse) and others are indexed, but it takes som times i suppose,i have differnt text and keywords and headings, will this give me better PR in the future,i publish alot of content, like articles and have many goood linkpartners, but it seems like it doesnt matter to Google at least or do i have to just wait and keep up my work???

That's one messy site guy!

Start by linking to your topics instead of all the "Click Here's" You don't want those , all they are doing is hurting you. Use the appropiate anchor text for each topic just below.

You also sent my browser crazy blocking pop-ups!

W3C indicates that you don't have a Doc Type and you have over 700 code errors on the home page alone.

You also have no spaces between sentences and a great number of grammer errors.

You are not going to get very many responses anywhere starting like that.

"That is one messy site" is the best way to put it. The coding is sloppy with many validation errors and problems. There is body coding in the head tag. Probably 50% of the coding there is redundant and unnecessary.
