Can someone recommend some tips on how we can improve our site for better ranking on google. We were on the first page last year and this year almost nowhere to be found.

They are probably having issues with the products being hidden behind long, dynamic URLs. Also, you need more backlinks.
You've also got alot of irrelevant coding. There are font tags opened then closed.
