Default Any SEO tips for www.free-phphosts.com ?

Hello! :)

I have this website Free PHP Hosts and I've put some SEO work in to it, do you guys have any suggestions for it at all? And please, don't mind the spammy ads. :X

I'm only getting a few visitors from MSN for the anchor texts I want, like 'Free PHP Web Hosting'. I think I'm on a very competitive marketing, do you guys know how I could be more specific, so I can actually get visitors from the anchor text from Google?

Thanks!

You don't have much actual text there so there isn't anything much for Google to index.

Not really. They mention hosting 36 times while you do 18. Plus they have 1100+ backlinkes to your 800+. I don't know about the quality of your links though.

Err, it's good to repeat the same word a lot of times? I thought that was bad...

I'm just saying that their keyword density is higher than yours. Combining that with greater amount of IBL's and their higher PR (A 6 to your 5) and you have part of your answer.
