Default Old site on new domain, worried about duplicate content

Hi we have moved our old website from www.bodyjewelryshopping.com onto another domain name which we have www.body--jewelry.com .
We have now launched a completely new site on www.bodyjewelryshopping.com with no reference to the previous site pages.
Im worried that because a lot of the pages which we have moved to www.body-jewelry.com from www.bodyjewelryshopping.com will still be in the data bases of search engines it may be seen as duplicate content?
What should I do to ensure this isnt the case and so that the old pages on www.bodyjewelryshopping.com are dropped and replaced by the new pages we have created?
Thanks steve

Have you checked to see if the old domain has been indexed yet, with the new content? If you do a search for site:bodyjewelryshopping.com on Google, MSN, and Yahoo, you'll see which pages have been indexed. If the content is from the new site, then you're safe.

Also, did you use the same page names on the old domain for the new site? If not, then you can do a 301 permanent redirect from each old page to the corresponding page under the new domain.

Thanks for your reply. My new pages have been starting to get indexed by the main search engines already, but my concern is that all the old pages are still appearing in their data base.

My worry is that for example in Yahoo for a search for body jewellery england i am ranking at number two with an old file http://www.bodyjewelryshopping.com/n...large_bll8.htm

As I have now moved this to the new domain at www.body--jewelry.com Im worried that it will be classed as copy of the above. So how do I get them to drop http://www.bodyjewelryshopping.com/n...large_bll8.htm ??

When making 301 redirects as I use Frontpage do I have to put a redirect on every single page or is their a quick way to redirect all the old pages on my domain?
