Default ROR (Resource of a Resource) - Any Benefit in having one?

When submitting my url to ExactSearch yesterday, I discovered that they offer a ROR xml file for you to place in the main directory on your website.

It said it is sort of like a business card for the search engines to find as a summary of your website.

Does anybody know if it is a good (or bad) idea to have such a file?

I put one on my website, here is what it looks like:
www.TimesharePointsWholesalers.com/ror.xml

Thanks,

Larry
